A Service Desk Analyst, 1st / 2nd Line Support Engineer is required to join a growing company based in Dunfermline, Scotland. 

Working as a Service Desk Analyst, 1st / 2nd Line Support Engineer, you’ll be expected to work with external customers to close tickets and troubleshoot support problems across desktops, applications, hardware and infrastructure and mobile devices. 

The expectation will be that you’ll work in a hybrid model with 1 day per week based in the office in Dunfermline.

What will I be doing?

The successful Service Desk Analyst, 1st / 2nd Line Support Engineer will provide 1st and 2nd line support to a range of customers over a wide-range of technologies. The Service Desk Analyst, 1st / 2nd Line Support Engineer will work to close support tickets with the help of a wider support team, troubleshooting issues from networking through to hardware and server problems.
