An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Technical Support Analyst to join a market leading software house. Joining a highly talented teams of Engineers, you will provide 3rd line support to a wide customer base, troubleshooting Software, Desktop and Network issues.
What will I be doing?
My client has developed a suite of software products used within the education sector and they’re seeking a technically curious Engineer to support, diagnose and troubleshoot complex issues.

The ideal candidate will have…
• Experience providing 3rd line technical support covering Software, Desktop and Networks
• Knowledge of Microsoft Windows Servers
• Experience with SQL
• Knowledge of Firewalls and TCP/IP routing protocols
