I’m looking for a Technical Business Analyst to join a leading company in Oxford. My client are responsible for critical UK infrastructure, so are in a very stable position for expanding their team in these uncertain times.
What will you be doing?
This Technical Business Analyst position is customer facing, working with external stakeholders to gather requirements and translate these in to technical specifications for the Development team. You will be having technical conversations with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, so ideally will have come from a technical background within software.
In addition to this, you will also be having initial conversations with potential customers, talking through their needs and how my client’s software can meet these. You will also be responsible for creating documentation including software guides, API documentation, and online help tools.

For this Technical Business Analyst role, we’re looking for:
– Previous experience working as a Business Analyst in a software environment
– A technical background or strong understanding
– Experience working in a customer facing capacity
– Strong stakeholder management skills
– Excellent communication – both written and verbal
– Documentation skills
