If you are an experienced Support Engineer or Systems Administrator, skilled with technologies such as Azure, Active Directory and Office 365, looking to take a “Lead” role within a dynamic SME environment, then this is a great opportunity to help shape the direction and service of the IT department of a leading, growing med tech company.
What will I be doing?
Working directly with the Head of IT – and deputising for him – In a varied and highly-visible role, you will be the focal point of a dedicated team, providing predominantly 2nd and 3rd line support to c.100 users, as well as my client’s medical imaging platform, all hosted in Azure.
Whilst the majority of the technologies are Microsoft-based (Windows 10, Office 365, Active Directory, etc.), a number of staff use Macs, and you will also support the network infrastructure (Cisco Meraki) and AV equipment, and will assist with audits relating to ISO27001 and Cyber Essentials, whilst also getting involved in interesting and varied project work.
