We’re looking for a Support Engineer to join a ground-breaking Oxfordshire-based Scientific R&D company! The Support Engineer will be responsible for providing 2nd / 3rd line support to my client’s Apple macOS and iOS environment.
What will I be doing?
The Support Engineer with join a small IT support team, responsible for supporting and maintaining my clients overall infrastructure. Working within a macOS environment, the Support Engineer will provide user support to approximately 200 users, take ownership of the companies Jamf platform and be responsible for on-barding new employees. The Support Engineer with have their work cut out, as this rapidly expanding company is set to double in size over the next year.
