What will I be doing?
In a varied and highly-visible role, the Support Analyst / Support Engineer will provide a true support service to approximately 200 users across several sites in the UK and across Europe, covering 1st and 2nd line issues relating to systems and infrastructure, whilst also getting involved in some interesting and varied project work.
This position would suit an, enthusiastic, technically curious Support Analyst / Support Engineer, with strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills, coupled with a “can-do” attitude!

The ideal candidate will have…
• Solid 2nd line support experience, with a willingness to still provide front line (1st line) support
• Experience with a variety of Microsoft operating systems, including Windows 7 and 10
• Experience with Active Directory – new user creation / account administration, etc., and ideally Office 365
• Any experience of supporting SharePoint and/or business systems such as SAP would be highly beneficial
