This Support Analyst / Support Engineer position would suit either an “all-rounder” with experience of both desktop and server support, keen to further their experience and work on a variety of projects, in a growing environment.

What will I be doing?
Reporting directly to the IT Manager in a varied and highly-visible role, you will take ownership of 1st and 2nd line desktop support requests, together with providing support and administration of the network and virtualised server infrastructure. With close to a 1000 employees across several brands worldwide, you will be working in a structured team, taking responsibility for the day to day support of more than 200 users across several sites in the EMEA region.
