What will I be doing?
In a varied and highly-visible role, you will provide support a true support service to approximately 100 internal users, spread across 3 sites, covering 1st, 2nd line and even some 3rd line issues. My client operates a modern Microsoft environment based around core technology including Windows 10, Office 365 and Windows Server.
Working alongside one other Support Analyst, you will cover a variety of technical issues across desktops, servers and networks, whilst also getting involved in some interesting project work. Based in the companies head office in Abingdon, you will also be required to travel to other sites across the UK! Due to the nature of my clients work the Support Engineer will need to gain SC clearance.
