This newly-created Support Analyst position would suit either an “all-rounder” with experience of both desktop and server support, keen to further their experience and work on a variety of projects, or a less-experienced candidate, keen to develop their experience in the area of servers/networking. Either way, the Support Analyst will be joining a highly-successful company, during a period of growth and transformation
The Support Analyst will be joining a leading pharmaceutical services company, the subject of a recent acquisition. In a varied and highly-visible role, the Support Analyst will provide a true support service to approximately 200 users in a state of the art facility on Milton Park, covering 1st, 2nd and 3rd line desktop support, together with server and network administration as my client looks to transition away from 3rd party support contracts.
This position would suit an energetic, enthusiastic, technically curious Support Analyst, with strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills, coupled with a “can-do” attitude!
What do I need?
My client is keen to find a Support Analyst with skills/experience in as many of the following areas as possible. Due to their working within a highly-regulated environment and industry, any experience gained within a similarly regulated environment would be looked upon favourably:
Along with a competitive basic salary to £28,000, the position attracts private medical cover, a pension contribution up to 7.5%, life insurance, income protection insurance and subsidised gym membership. There are 25 days holiday on offer from day one, increasing to 30 days in line with service. My client operates a 37 hour week, flexible around a set core. With offices easily commutable from anywhere along the M4 corridor and pretty much anywhere with a train station, there is also plenty of free parking available onsite.
I want to do that!
