A Software Development Manager is required to join a global organisation based in Oxford. This is a great opportunity to step up into a Head of Engineering position! You’ll get the chance to work on industry leading software solutions, working with the latest technologies including C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core, Python, TypeScript and much more!

What will I be doing?

You will supporting the CIO in the day-to-day running, mentoring, and coaching of the Agile software development team. You will come in to lead a team and will be instrumental in recruiting further Developers as the team expands. You will also implement development best practices and will be responsible for running the scrum process. You will be involved in reviewing the technology stack, presenting ideas for product improvements and new technology choices to internal stakeholders.

We’re looking for a Software Development Manager ready to take the next step in their career and help grow out a team in an exciting and growing company. We’re ideally looking for experience with:

– Managing and growing a team of Software Developers

– Agile experience, including running Scrums and prioritising workflow

– Hands-on development experience in either C#

– Strong knowledge of engineering best practices
