A Service Desk Analyst is urgently required to join a marketing-leading organisation based in Kettering. This position would suit either a recent graduate looking to kick-start their career within support, or a Service Desk Analyst looking for their next technical challenge!

What will I be doing?
As the front line of IT, you will be working within a dedicated, welcoming team, providing support to circa 1000 people – a combination of onsite and remote workers. Supporting a predominantly Microsoft environment, you’ll provide support both over the phone/remotely and in person, so as the “face of IT”, you’ll have excellent communication skills, coupled with the customer services skills required to provide a first rate service.

The ideal candidate will have…
We’re looking for a bright, inquisitive, technically minded individual – you don’t need to know everything, but you need to be willing to use your initiative to solve the problem when you don’t know! Ideally, you might have experience including:

  • Experience with a variety of Microsoft operating systems (Windows 7, 8, 10) and Microsoft Office (2016) and Office 365
  • Knowledge of Active Directory
