A Senior UX Designer is required to join an exciting and well established organisation, with a global presence on a full-time basis. The successful Senior UX Designer will have the opportunity to work on a part-remote basis, with travel to their Oxford office; to be agreed with the successful appointee.

What will you be doing?
As the Senior UX Designer, you will be working to provide direction for style guides and frameworks, working in partnership with the Senior Design Director. You will work to push design decisions through to other teams including other designers, software developers and product owners, in-order to empower them to design and develop the product scope further. This is an excellent opportunity for a well-established and skill full Senior Designer to join a truly technical environment and really make their mark within the business!

The ideal candidate will have…

  • Proven experience of UX Design with experience provide direction for style guides and frameworks
  • Experience working with multi-disciplinary teams – A deeper understanding of software /application development and Frontend development would also be advantageous
  • Experience with Figma is ideal however experience of sketch and a willingness to cross-train to Figma will also be considered
  • Experience with HTML & SQL
  • A background working with technical applications is highly beneficial
