Senior Sales Engineer / Technical Sales Engineer required to join a true market-leader. This role involves promoting and selling a well-regarded, leading suite of products in a busy market space.

What will I be doing?

Our client, a leader in their field, require a Senior Sales Engineer / Technical Sales Engineer to join an existing New Business Development function. Working as a Senior Sales Engineer / Technical Sales Engineer, you’ll be expected to help drive and close a succession of new business for our client. With a generous OTE, excellent benefits package and a well regarded, popular and excellent product suite to promote within a buoyant market-space, this is an excellent opportunity for a Sales Engineer / Technical Sales Engineer with a proven background to excel.

My client is looking to win more substantial pieces of business, and with larger customers and the Senior Sales Engineer / Technical Sales Engineer will be integral to achieving this.

The ideal candidate will have…

The position requires a Sales Engineer / Technical Sales Engineer who has the following experience:

  • Substantial sales experience within the B2B arena, within consulting, business advisory or professional services organisations, within the technology industry.
  • Strong understanding and experience of the end-to-end sales, customer relationship and customer experience lifecycles.
  • Experience of developing and implementing sales strategy and plans.
  • Extensive experience of creating, nurturing and eventually closing business within the technology industry.

The Technical Sales Engineer / Senior Sales Engineer will lead the strategic growth and development of my client’s customer portfolio, leading in all areas of business development growth, from prospecting and pitching through to closing.
