What will I be doing?
The Senior Application Support Engineer will act as the point of escalation for the Junior Support Engineer, working with clients to troubleshoot complex issues with my client’s core product, a powerful digitalisation product using RPA and AI. You will work with clients on site, implementing software solutions and supporting the underlying infrastructure, configuring Linux servers. This is an excellent opportunity for a Senior Application Support Engineer, looking for a varied and highly-visible role.

Joining the company in their central London office, you will work to establish a new support team and coming in as the Senior Support Engineer, you will be placing yourself in an excellent position to step up in to a Team Lead.
