What will I be doing?
As the Learning and Development Advisor/ Manager, you will create, develop and deliver courses with a particular emphasis on eLearning, as well as manage the Learning Management System and eLearning platform, ensuring courses are relevant, up to date and engaging.
You will be required to source and manage external training providers, monitor the monthly dashboard to provide meaningful information in order to make key business decisions, as well as lead the Apprenticeship Programme.
