My client, an established organisation within the Insurance sector, is seeking an IT Support Technician / 2nd line support Engineer to join their team based-in Leeds. The successful IT Support Technician will join a small but established team of technical members, in-order to provide support across network, server and hardware alike; supporting internal group members to the highest of standards.

The ideal candidate will have…

  • Proven experience within a commercial IT Support position – Ideally with experience of 2nd line support
  • Sound experience across network, server and hardware support
  • Excellent communication skills and a personable can-do attitude
  • Experience with a range of Microsoft Office products including O365 as well as solid experience of Windows server
  • Experience of Active Directory and Group Policy
