I’m looking for an IT Support Analyst to join a growing research company in central Oxford. This is a great role for a junior IT Support Analyst looking for training and support to grow their career!

What will you be doing?

You will take ownership of the technical on boarding of new starters, including ordering equipment, setting up Windows 10 laptops, installing Office365 and applications like Outlook. You will also be managing the helpdesk, working with a ticketing system to solve user desktop issues. Long term, there are great training and progression opportunities for you!

About the company

Founded by a group of University of Oxford academics, the IT Support Analyst will be joining an incredibly exciting research company. Based in central Oxford, their office is easily accessible by public transport. Currently at 100 members of staff over 3 offices, the company are looking to increase by 50% over the next 18 months, so it’s an exciting time for an IT Support Analyst to join!

The ideal candidate will have…

Whilst enthusiasm and the ability to provide a highly-personable service are key, it is hoped that the successful IT Support Analyst technical experience and abilities will include:

  • Demonstrable 1st line Service Desk / Desktop Support experience
  • Experience work with a ticketing system
  • Good communication and customer service skills
  • Experience supporting Windows 10
  • Office365
