What will you be doing?
As the sole IT Support Analyst within the business, you will be the go-to person for all things IT. This will include troubleshooting software and hardware issues, setting up laptops for new starters, supporting Windows Server, Exchange, Active Directory, supporting networks and phones, and email migrations. There’s plenty of variety to keep you busy!
About the company
The IT Support Analyst will be joining an exciting scientific R&D company based just north of Oxford with c.140 staff. The company produce products to support scientific research in areas such as cancer research and genetic disease, so you’ll be supporting people who are working to save lives!

Whilst enthusiasm and the ability to provide a highly-personable service are key, it is hoped that the successful IT Support Analyst technical experience and abilities will include:
• Demonstrable 1st and 2nd line Service Desk / Desktop Support experience
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Experience supporting Windows desktops and laptops
• Experience with supporting networks, VPNs, firewalls
• Experience with Exchange and Active Directory
• Experience supporting Windows Server
