What will I be doing?
The role will involve developing market-leading applications and software solutions. The Graduate Developer will be supporting and developing industry-leading, web and mobile applications, adding innovative new features, working with a constantly updating technology stack. Working alongside exceptional talent, you’ll be trained to solve some complex technical problems.

As a Microsoft Gold Partner, all development within the company is with Microsoft Technologies, and they have been able to attract and retain one of the strongest development teams in the south of England.

With a strong emphasis on learning and self-development, my client provides a library, lunchtime conferences and £1000 (and 5 days a year) for training, but also have a very strong social scene, flexible working and up to 35 days’ holiday. The ideal candidate will have…
prior experience developing clean concise code, as part of a University course and/or personal study. If this has been coupled with commercial experience with Java or C#, all the better, but this is not a pre-requisite! What is, is a passion for technology and a willingness to learn.

Key skills and attributes for this Graduate Developer position include:

  • Self-motivated and delivery focussed
  • Ability to grasp new concepts and master new tools quickly
  • Object Orientated development experience with C# or Java
  • Experience with MS SQL Server
  • Any experience with ASP.NET, MVC, .NET Core, Xamarin etc., would be highly sought after!
