We’re currently seeking an enthusiastic Graduate Scientist / Graduate Molecular Biologist to join a growing start-up Med-Tech organisation, based-in Oxfordshire.

The role
The successful Graduate Scientist / Graduate Molecular Biologist will join an already established team of experienced scientists, in order to conduct assay development within the field of IVD & Molecular diagnostics. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with prior experience within a Lab environment and an understanding of Assay Development to join a collaborative and dynamic environment and launch their career!

The ideal candidate will have…

  • A degree within a relevant field such as Life Sciences, Biology, Bio-chemistry, Molecular Biology or similar
  • Prior experience within a Lab setting through your degree – further experience within a Lab environment within a commercial setting/industrial placement is highly beneficial
  • Excellent organisational & prioritisation skills
  • Excellent written & verbal English with strong communication skills
  • A post-graduate degree (PhD) or commercial experience within the diagnostics industry would be highly advantageous
