A Finance Administrator is required to join a scientific research facility based in Oxford!
What will you be doing?
The Finance Administrator will take on the day-to-day management of all general bookkeeping and financial procedures for my client. This will include tasks such as payroll, reviewing recharged costs, expense forms, adjustments, and journals. The Finance Administrator will be responsible for aiding in financial reporting and managing of budgets, working closely with Managers on multiple ongoing projects.

For this Finance Administrator position, we’re looking for:
– Previous experience in a similar Finance Administrator, Bookkeeper, or Accounts Assistant role
– AAT qualification or equivalent
– Strong Excel experience – including ability to manipulate pivot tables
– Strong written and verbal communication skills
– Dedicated attitude and eager to learn!
