An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and skilled Senior Customer Success Manager to join a thriving Saas-based start-up organisation. As the successful Senior Customer Success Manager will join the business in-order to take ownership of and develop the full customer success function on a fully remote basis.

The role
You will work with enterprise scale candidates on a B2B basis and will be responsible for a range of duties, including but not limited to:

  • Setting reporting metrics
  • Setting documentation processes
  • Outlining the customer success strategy
  • Supporting the onboarding process
  • Building key relationships with channel partners
  • Supporting clients through the retention & renewals process

To be successful as the Senior Customer Success Manager within this role, you will likely have the following skills and experience:

  • Proven commercial experience as a Customer Success Manager
  • Sound experience working with Saas products with a sound technical understanding
  • Experience working with enterprise scale customers – ideally on a B2B basis
  • Experience working with channel partners and building key business relationships
