My client is in urgent need of a Client Success Manager, who has proven experience working within the Education sector, either working with an Education technology product or working with schools/Universities.

Joining an Education Technology start-up, who are looking to expand, as a result of an ever-expanding client base, clients that are globally recognised institutions.

What will I be doing?
This role is a lot more varied than your average! You’ll be taking on the whole lifecycle of the client, from initial contact and on boarding, to training users on the product, and monitoring and building a long term relationships. As you will be joining a small start-up, you will also be encouraged to get involved in all areas of the business.

The company is an Oxford University spin-out organisation that have developed a pioneering SaaS platform, used within the Education sector. Joining a brand new function, working with an impressive portfolio of clients. The company have fully embraced remote working and you can work from the comfort of their own home, with occasional travel to client sites in the UK and internationally!

We are looking for a Client Success Manager who is motivated, hardworking and thrives in a fast-paced, start-up environment. Key requirements include;

  • Experience working within the Education industry, if this has included working with an EdTech product even better!
  • Experience working in a client focussed role
  • Great communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to build and maintain good relationships
