My client is in urgent need of a Client Success Manager, who has proven experience working within the Education sector, either working with an Education technology product or working with schools/Universities.
Joining an Education Technology start-up, who are looking to expand, as a result of an ever-expanding client base, clients that are globally recognised institutions.
What will I be doing?
This role is a lot more varied than your average! You’ll be taking on the whole lifecycle of the client, from initial contact and on boarding, to training users on the product, and monitoring and building a long term relationships. As you will be joining a small start-up, you will also be encouraged to get involved in all areas of the business.
