A Business Analyst / Implementation Consultant opportunity has come up with a successful Software House in Oxford.
What will I be doing?
You will be responsible for implementing my client’s enterprise-level B2B software product on customer sites. As my client’s product is heavily configurable, a large part of your role will involve gathering complex and varied requirements, translating these to user stories, liaising with technical staff internally to ensure the projects are delivered on time and to budget.
You will also be responsible for training customers on the best practices with the software product, leading workshops and demonstrations on customer sites. You will get great progression and training opportunities, both internally as well as with external bodies such as IIBA.

For this Business Analyst / Implementation Consultant role, we’re looking for:
– Working in a customer facing role
– Business Analyst / Implementation Consultant responsibilities, such as gathering requirements, creating user stories, documentation etc.
– Experience working on a SaaS product
– Technical experience – SQL, ability to read and understand code
– Performing demonstrations, workshops, communicating best practices to clients
