This is a great opportunity for an Application Support Engineer to join a growing company who value flexible and remote working!

What will you be doing?
You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service whilst supporting and maintaining a suite of live applications. You will provide support on client issues, ensuring high-quality and accuracy across all of my client’s software products. The software is built in C#, so ideally the you will have previous experience with this tech, though that isn’t a requirement.

This Application Support Engineer position is on a fully remote basis, with monthly visits to the Uxbridge office being the only on-site requirement.

For this Application Support Engineer position we’re looking for:

  • Strong customer services skills
  • Experience supporting software applications
  • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
  • An understanding of code and bug-fixing
  • Ideally, some C# experience would be beneficial
