What will I be doing?
The role will involve processing tickets through Zendesk, providing 1st and 2nd line application support, troubleshooting issues with the application and performing basic bug fixes. The Application support Engineer, will also be responsible for updating my client’s knowledge portal, helping to resolve any future technical issues more easily.

About the company
Joining the company in their central London office, you will work to establish a new support team, working with clients to troubleshoot issues with my client’s core product, a powerful digitalisation product using RPA and AI.

The ideal candidate will have…
The ideal Application Support Engineer will strive for excellence, thrive in a technically challenging environment and provide exceptional support to a wide ranging client base. Key skills and attributes for this Application Support Engineer position include:

  • Commercial experience providing application support
  • Experience with C#, .NET or VB programming for basic bug fixes
  • Any experience will Zendesk would be highly beneficial but not essential
  • Any previous experience with Blue Prism RPA software would really set your application apart!
