My client is a leading software house looking for a driven Application Support Analyst, who shares their passion for technology, to join their office in Oxfordshire.
What will I be doing?
You will be required to provide effective and friendly 1st and 2nd line support to my client’s customers, as well as identify issues in code; adding fixes and removing bugs where possible.
From day one, you’ll play an integral role in the team; supporting complex applications that are central to my client’s business, and working closely with the Senior Developers in the team.
You will be responsible for capturing feedback from clients and ensuring continual improvement of the processes in place, playing a large part in developing processes that are essential to the company’s on-going success. Whilst being immersed in the latest technologies, you will learn quickly on the job and will be expected to take initiative when required.

The ideal candidate will have…
– Previous 2nd line support experience within a customer facing role
– Experience supporting bespoke applications
– SQL Server
– Knowledge of C# or another OO programming language
– Strong communicator
