An Application Support Analyst is required to join a growing Wantage-based Software House. This is a great role for you if you who enjoy being in a customer-facing position and are keen to get exposure to tech like C# and Java!
What will I be doing?
In this role you will be working closely with the development team to offer 1st line support to customers on bespoke software products. Your role will be to ask the right questions to diagnose the technical issues the customer is having, solve the issues you can and work with the development team to fix anything more complex. You will be the face of the company to the customer, so you will be responsible for communicating with them and keeping the customer happy!

The ideal candidate will have…
– Previous experience working in a client-facing software support role
– Strong customer service & relationship building skills
– Technical understanding to be able to understand and diagnose software issues
It would also be really beneficial if you had coding experience, ideally with C# or Java, and knowledge of GIT.
