An excellent opportunity has arisen for an Application Support Analyst to join an Oxfordshire based Software Company. Joining a small Helpdesk team acting as a point of escalation, you will provide 2nd line Support to a wide user base.
What will I be doing?
This Application Support Engineer position will be very customer-focused, working directly with external customers to troubleshoot and fix their issues, as well as build lasting relationships with recurring users. You will be diagnosing technical issues, reviewing code, performing bug-fixes, and managing tickets and escalations.

– Previous 2nd line support experience within a customer facing role
