My client a leading Newcastle upon Tyne based Digital Agency, are in urgent need of an experienced Account Manager to join their team. Specialists in the Healthcare industry, this market-dominating organisation has an impressive list of well-known clients!

What will you be doing?

Working alongside the Account Director and the delivery function, the Account Manager will be an important conduit between external clients and the internal teams. As the Account Manager, you will manage the delivery of digital solutions for a list of high-profile clients.

This is a varied, multi-disciplinary position you’ll work closely with external clients, managing multiple projects concurrently, scoping projects as well as working with delivery to draw projects to a conclusion. The Account Manager will ensure that external clients are happy with progress on their projects, whilst also working closely with internal stakeholders, relaying client requirements and ensuring accurate delivery.

The ideal candidate will have…

  • Experience working as an Account Manager within a Digital and/or Web Agency
  • Experience managing multiple projects concurrently
  • Any experience working with clients in the Healthcare industry would be highly desired but not essential
