This is an excellent opportunity for a 1st Line Support Analyst, Support Engineer, to join a busy support team, operating as the first point of contact for customer queries. You will be responsible for logging tickets and making sure issues are resolved in a timely and efficient manner, you will also follow up on customer queries, providing an excellent level of customer service.

What’s required of the 1st Line Support Analyst?
 

  • Experience working within a customer facing position, ideally within the retail industry
  • Passion for IT and experience during academia or personal projects
  • Experience with SQL
