Senior Cyber Security Engineer, InfoSec, Azure, SIEM, DLP

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Cyber Security Engineer to join an innovative, highly technical, and rapidly growing manufacturing company battling climate change.

 

The Role

Needing a depth of experience in both security and cloud infrastructure, ideally Azure, the Senior Cyber Security Engineer will take complete ownership of the security tools across the whole business.

 

Monitoring and maintaining tools such as SIEM, DLP and Firewalls, plus being responsible for the selection and implementation of new security tools, the Cyber Security Engineer is a crucial role within the company and promises to be an exciting and varied position.

What’s Required?

For this Senior Cyber Security Engineer, we are ideally looking for:

  • A wealth of experience in a similar Cyber Security Engineer role, with experience of the set up plus management of a SOC being favourable
  • Great understanding of SIEM, DLP, Firewalls, Endpoint Security, and incident response
  • Substantial knowledge of cloud Infrastructure and Security, with Azure being preferred
  • Proven experience and knowledge of Industry Standards and best practice e.g., ISO 27000 and NIST
  • Any experience with Ethical Hacking, Penetration or Vulnerability testing and / or certifications such as CEH or CISSP could be advantageous
