Head of Partner Success, Customer Success, Saas, B2B 
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and skilled Head of Partner success / Senior Customer success Manager to join a thriving Saas-based start-up organisation. The successful Head of Partner success / Customer success Manager will join the business in-order to take ownership of and develop the full partner success function on a fully remote basis. 

The successful Head of Partner success / Customer success Manager will work with channel partners to connect with enterprise scale customers on a B2B basis and will be responsible for a range of duties, including but not limited to: 

  • Setting reporting metrics 
  • Setting documentation processes 
  • Outlining the customer success strategy 
  • Supporting the onboarding process 
  • Building key relationships with channel partners 
  • Supporting clients through the retention & renewals process

What’s Required? 

To be successful as the Head of Partner success / Senior Customer success Manager within this role, you will likely have the following skills and experience: 

  • Proven commercial experience within a partner success role – working with channel partners 
  • Sound experience working with Saas products with a sound technical understanding 
  • Experience working with enterprise scale customers – ideally on a B2B basis
