We seek a 3rd Line Support Engineer to come and join a leading support provider based in Abingdon, Oxfordshire. Working in my clients recently refurbished office, you’ll be joining a company that is rapidly progressing and require further experienced 3rd Line Support Engineers to work with their customer base, troubleshooting a range of issues and problems as they come up!
What will I be doing?
Working as a 3rd Line Support Engineer, the successful candidate will be expected to take on all problems that come into the support business and aid their solution. The 3rd Line Support Engineer will help with the completion of on-running project work with clients, work that can be wide-ranging with a lot of variety! You’ll work with a varied client base, supporting a range of users and taking on a host of problems. You’ll be the final leg of support, closing tickets as well as taking a lead role in project work.

The ideal candidate will have…
– Experience supporting MS Servers and related technologies including Exchange / AD etc
– Working with virtual tech including VMWare / Hyper-V
– Basic Networking Skills
– Both project and BAU experience
– Working alongside external stakeholders and customers.
– Ability to work in a varied role with a range of technologies
