We’re delighted to bring to market a 1st Line Support Analyst, working on a part-time basis for a market leading software house.
What will I be doing?
Based in a beautiful rural location, you will join a busy support team, operating as the first point of contact for customer queries. You will be responsible for logging tickets and making sure issues are resolved in a timely and efficient manner, you will also follow up on customer queries, providing an excellent level of customer service.
About the company
My client has developed a suite of products used within the education sector and you will work during their busiest period – term times! You will be supporting users over the phone, so, as such, you’ll need some previous experience within a customer service position.

• Previous customer service experience, even if this isn’t from an IT setting
• Commercial 1st line Service Desk / Desktop Support experience would be a plus!
