What will I be doing?
We’re looking for a 1st line Support Analyst to join a leading software house based in Finchley. This is a great role, either for someone looking for their first entry-level role in IT, or an already established Support Analyst looking to build upon your career!
You will join a busy support desk, taking calls from a wide client base. You will be responsible for logging tickets and making sure issues are resolved in a timely and efficient manner, working with platforms such as RingCentral and Zendesk.
The ideal candidate will have…
You will be supporting users over the phone, so, as such, you’ll need some previous experience within a customer service position. We’re looking for a bright, inquisitive Analyst– you don’t need to know everything, but ideally, you might have experience including:
• Previous customer service experience, even if this isn’t from an IT setting
• Commercial 1st line Service Desk / Desktop Support experience would be a plus!
• Any knowledge of RingCentral or Zendesk would be highly desired
• Ability to communicate clearly and concisely
