If you’re a 1st / 2nd line Support Analyst with a passion for technology and experience working to support Macs, networks, and general office hardware, this is a great chance to join a growing company and work with cool technology!
What will I be doing?
As the sole Support Analyst within the business, you will be the go-to person for all things IT. This will include troubleshooting software and hardware issues, setting up laptops for new starters, supporting networks and phones, and email migrations.
The company use the G Suite, so they are also looking for the Support Analyst to become an expert on this, not only so you can support it but so you can also train the business on how to get the best out of these applications. Long-term, there will be a lot of project work for the Support Analyst to be involved in!

Whilst enthusiasm and the ability to provide a highly-personable service are key, it is hoped that the successful Support Analyst technical experience and abilities will include:
• Demonstrable 1st and 2nd line Service Desk / Desktop Support experience
• Experience supporting Mac desktops and laptops
• Experience with supporting networks, VPNs, firewalls
• Email integration and supporting the G Suite would be advantageous!
