This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Software Implementation Manager / Configuration engineer, looking for a fresh challenge, or a Graduate Implementation Engineer looking for a launch pad to kick start their career!

The Role

This is a varied position and the Software Implementation Manager / Configuration Engineer, will be responsible for the delivery of my clients core software products, overseeing the implementation from start to finish. The Software Implementation Manager, will also be responsible for configuring the software to suit clients needs and providing user training. 

 

What's required of the Implementation Engineer? 

 

  • Educated to a degree level within a relevant field, e.g. IT, Computing, Computer Science 
  • Ideally experience with SQL Server
  • A relevant qualification, such as  Prince 2 would be advantageous but not essential 
  • Strong communicator and experience working in a client facing role

My client, a leading creative agency based in Oxfordshire, is seeking an experienced Senior Delivery Manager / Account Manager to join their growing client services team.

Working alongside Project Managers and the delivery function, the Senior Delivery Manager / Account Manager will be an important conduit between external clients and the internal teams.  As the Senior Delivery Manager, you will manage the delivery of digital solutions for a list of high-profile clients.

This is a varied, multi-disciplinary position you’ll work closely with external clients on smaller projects directly, scoping projects as well as working with delivery to draw projects to a conclusion.

The Senior Delivery Manager will also work as a first point of contact, as an Account Manager to ensure that external clients are happy with progress on their projects, whilst also working closely with internal stakeholders, relaying client requirements, and ensuring accurate delivery.
