This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Compliance Coordinator looking for a new challenge, or a Graduate looking to forge a career within compliance.

The Compliance Coordinator / Regulatory Analyst will support the entire governance framework, ensuring documentation is kept up to date and colleagues have received full training and remain compliant, through regular spot checks. The Regulatory Analyst will be responsible for adhering to a range of standards including, ISO27001, Cyber Essentials Plus and HIPAA to name a few.

What’s required of the Compliance Coordinator? 

For this Regulatory Analyst position, we are looking for a candidate who has exceptional attention to detail and strong communication skills, a Compliance Coordinator who strikes for excellence and is self motivated. Although not essential you may also have experience with the following

  • Understanding of Information Governance framework
  • Understanding of Cybersecurity, if this includes experience with Cyber Essentials Plus even better! 
  • Knowledge of Information security standard ISO27001

As an Information Security Consultant or Information Security Manager with strong experience within the area of Governance, Risk & Compliance, would you be keen to lead a growing team within a mature Information Security Consultancy, where you will have the opportunity to provide a variety of professional information security services to a wide variety of clients across the UK and beyond?

The Company

The Lead Information Security Consultant will be joining a leading international consultancy at a time of growth and expansion.  My client has several well-established verticals and a client retention/renewal rate of over 90%, so it’s an ideal time for a Lead Information Security Consultant, seeking a genuine career move, to consider joining them. 

Benefits
Along with a competitive salary plus a commission scheme totalling approx. 10-15% of total sales, your first year OTE will be c.£120k.  The role also attracts a 5% pension contribution, private medical cover and 25 days’ holiday in addition to all public holidays. All travel expenses will be paid for as standard and you can expect to work from home up to 3 days a week

What do I need?

Whilst experience gained within an information security consultancy would be of obvious benefit, my client is just as happy to consider an Information Security Analyst, Cyber Security Analyst or Information Security Manager who has been working internally to manage/develop internal information security frameworks, looking for the opportunity to develop and broaden their experience and responsibilities.  Whilst my client will provide the Lead Information Security Consultant with the necessary investment, development, training and certifications to allow them to provide a full range of information security services to their growing client base, key areas of experience required include:

  • Experience of leading a growing team, of varying levels of experience
  • Experience in work package scoping and external stakeholder management
  • ISMS review, implementation and accreditation (ISO 27001)
  • Business Continuity Planning (ISO 22301) and Disaster Recovery plans
  • PCI DSS
  • Security training and awareness
  • Threat and risk assessment
  • Security policy development and review

The Role

We have an opportunity for a Lead Penetration Tester / Principal Security Consultant to join a leading consultancy with an international presence, at a time of growth and expansion as the result of heavy investment resulting from a recent merger.  The successful Lead Penetration Tester / Principal Security Consultant will have the opportunity to lead, coach and mentor a growing team, whilst delivering security assurance services to a wide variety of companies, services that include:

  • Web application penetration tests 
  • Network & infrastructure penetration tests 
  • Vulnerability assessments 
  • Physical security assessments 
  • Secure code reviews
  • Developing cyber security strategies, policies, processes and procedures to protect clients and their customers

Working with clients predominantly across the UK, the position will be predominantly office-based, but there is the potential for working from home for a couple of days per week.
