A rare and exciting opportunity has arisen for a Compliance Coordinator / Regulatory Analyst, to join a pioneering Oxford University spin-out company. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Compliance Coordinator looking for a new challenge, or a Graduate looking to forge a career within compliance.

The Compliance Coordinator / Regulatory Analyst will support the entire governance framework, ensuring documentation is kept up to date and colleagues have received full training and remain compliant, through regular spot checks. The Regulatory Analyst will be responsible for adhering to a range of standards including, ISO27001, Cyber Essentials Plus and HIPAA to name a few.

What’s required of the Compliance Coordinator? 

For this Regulatory Analyst position, we are looking for a candidate who has exceptional attention to detail and strong communication skills, a Compliance Coordinator who strikes for excellence and is self motivated. Although not essential you may also have experience with the following

• Understanding of Information Governance framework
• Understanding of Cybersecurity, if this includes experience with Cyber Essentials Plus even better! 
• Knowledge of Information security standard ISO27001

Information Security Consultant, GRC, 2-3 days remote working

As an Information Security Consultant or Information Security Manager with strong experience within the area of Governance, Risk & Compliance, would you be keen to work for a mature Information Security Consultancy, where you will have the opportunity to provide a variety of professional information security services to a wide variety of clients across the UK and beyond?

The Company

The Information Security Consultant will be joining a leading international consultancy at a time of growth and expansion.  My client has several well-established verticals and a client retention/renewal rate of over 90%, so it’s an ideal time for an Information Security Consultant, seeking a genuine career move, to consider joining them. 

Benefits
Along with a competitive salary plus a commission scheme totalling approx. 10-15% of total sales, your first year OTE will be c.£120k.  The role also attracts a 5% pension contribution, private medical cover and 25 days’ holiday in addition to all public holidays. All travel expenses will be paid for as standard and you can expect to work from home up to 3 days a week

What do I need?

Whilst experience gained within an information security consultancy would be of obvious benefit, my client is just as happy to consider an Information Security Analyst, Cyber Security Analyst or Information Security Manager who has been working internally to manage/develop internal information security frameworks, looking for the opportunity to develop and broaden their experience and responsibilities.  Whilst my client will provide the Information Security Consultant with the necessary investment, development, training and certifications to allow them to provide a full range of information security services to their growing client base, key areas of experience required include:

• ISMS review, implementation and accreditation (ISO 27001)
• Business Continuity Planning (ISO 22301) and Disaster Recovery plans
• PCI DSS
• Security training and awareness
• Threat and risk assessment
• Security policy development and review

Cyber Security Consultant, Information Security Consultant, 2-3 days remote working

The Information Security Consultant / Cyber Security Consultant will be joining a leading international consultancy at a time of growth and expansion.  My client has several well-established verticals and a client retention/renewal rate of over 90%, so it’s an ideal time for an Information Security Consultant / Cyber Security Consultant, seeking a genuine career move, to consider joining them.  Whilst the head office is based just north of Oxford, you will only need to travel to the office a couple of times a week.

• ISMS review, implementation and accreditation (ISO 27001)
• Business Continuity Planning (ISO 22301) and Disaster Recovery plans
• PCI DSS
• Security training and awareness
• Threat and risk assessment
• Security policy development and review
