RPO or Recruitment Process Outsourcing in its simplest form is the outsourcing of the entire recruitment process, from the outline and scoping of roles, all the way through to the end of the candidate’s first 100 days in the role. It is engaging with recruitment specialists to allow them to control the flow of talent into the business.
