We might be an agency by definition, but the way we work is unlike any other 360 recruiter. Our Sourcing Consultants operate closer to Outbound Customer Services Executives, rather than traditional headhunters. Providing a proactive service to our Account Managers, you’ll have the responsibility of contacting and supporting candidates throughout the recruitment process, across a wide range of vacancies.

Founded in 2013, our expert team has grown from two people in a small office, to 28 in a state-of-the-art facility at Oxford Science Park. QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
Who Are We Looking For?
We’re looking for someone who has a degree, or strong A levels in any discipline at all. You will learn on the job, so prior experience is not required, though any previous Customer Services Executive experience would be advantageous, as would any previous outbound calling experience. All we need from you is a willingness to work hard as part of a larger team. Provided you have that, we’ll work with you to achieve the career goals that you aspire for.
